Cancellation Policy

You can cancel your order within 12 hours of placing it or before it has been shipped, whichever comes first.

2. Cancellation After Shipping
Once your order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled. However, you may be eligible for a return or refund after delivery as per our Refund & Returns Policy.

3. Prepaid Orders
If your prepaid order is cancelled within the eligible time frame, the amount will be refunded to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.

4. COD Orders
For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, please notify us as early as possible if you wish to cancel. Repeated order cancellations without valid reasons may result in account restrictions.

5. Out-of-Stock or System Errors
In rare cases, if an item is out of stock or a pricing error occurs, Printsupporthub.com reserves the right to cancel the order. In such cases, you will be notified and a full refund will be issued immediately (if prepaid).
