1. How can I place an order on Printsupporthub.com?
Browse the products you like, add them to your cart, and proceed to checkout. You’ll be asked to enter your delivery details and make payment.


2. What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major payment methods including credit/debit cards, UPI, net banking, and wallets like Paytm and PhonePe. All transactions are 100% secure.


3. How do I track my order?
Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a tracking link via email or SMS. You can also track your order using your order ID on our Track Your Order page.


4. How long does delivery take?
Delivery usually takes 3–7 business days, depending on your location. Some remote areas may take a bit longer.


5. Can I cancel my order after placing it?
Yes, you can cancel your order before it is shipped. Once shipped, cancellations are not possible, but you can apply for a return after delivery.


6. What is your return and refund policy?
We accept returns within 7 days of delivery if the item is unused and in original packaging. Refunds are processed within 7–10 business days after we receive the returned item. Please refer to our Refund & Returns Policy for full details.


7. My product arrived damaged. What should I do?

8. Do you ship internationally?
Currently, we only ship within India. International shipping may be added in the future.


9. Are there any shipping charges?
We offer free shipping on most orders. If there are any delivery charges, they will be shown at checkout before payment.


10. Do I need to create an account to shop?
No, you can check out as a guest. However, creating an account allows you to track orders, save your address, and view past purchases.
